We Over I is led by Muhammad Saad and Maliha Khalid.
Muhammad Saad - Saad is a Forbes 30 under 30 entrepreneur running Pakistan’s largest freight marketplace, BridgeLinx (an Uber for Trucking startup). Saad went from working as a software engineer at Microsoft to becoming a serial entrepreneur and, with the success of BridgeLinx, has become highly influential in Pakistan’s startup ecosystem. BridgeLinx raised Pakistan’s most significant seed round from top-tier VCs in London and San Fransisco.
Maliha Khalid - Maliha is a seasoned entrepreneur with two acquisitions in the healthcare space in Pakistan and the US, respectively. She has been recognized as the best entrepreneur from South Asia by the World Bank and has been a faculty member at Albright Institute at Wellesley College in the United States.

Importance: Building exemplary products requires the entire team, especially engineers, to deeply understand the challenges and users. Hence, our engineers are molded to think beyond coding. They're equipped to understand business nuances, interact with users, and influence product strategy and growth.
Knowledge Leverage:
Premise: Using our internal playbooks and case studies to reuse knowledge and tools for faster decision-making and execution.
Importance: Over time, we've recognized that most startups, regardless of their industry or geography, face largely similar hurdles. Reapplying knowledge accelerates progress. We use our in-depth internal playbooks and and vast library of tools to accomplish that.
Our mission as your product partner is to blend seamlessly with your team, adopting and enhancing your workflows with our best practices and tested playbooks for effective execution.
Our Team: Our expertise spans from product management to design and development. Depending on your needs, we allocate specific team members such as Product Designers, Front-End Engineers, and Backend Engineers to your startup.
Work Expectation: Once selected, our team becomes an extension of yours—fully committed, working a minimum of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Product Management: To ensure unity in product strategy and timely deliverables, each partner is allocated a mandatory (part-time or full-time) Product Manager for effective, agile and rapid execution and management.
